Mindmosaic had just gone through a brand refresh as well as moving into their new premises in Greenock,
Their current site was full of useful information and valuable resources for their customers, but the website was difficult to navigate and key services were getting lost in the mix.
Gwyneth approached Design Hero to design and build a new website for MindMosaic Counselling to support the team and help MindMosaic’s client access much needed information.
Design Hero also helped MindMosaic with a refreshed social media marketing strategy to help boost engagement and growth on Instagram and Facebook
Design Hero have created a new set of social templates to be used across Facebook and Instagram. The new posts are designed to be more noticeable on the feed, and are designed in line with the new brand identity for MindMosaic
MindMosaic Counselling approached Design Hero to design a new website with improved navigation and present the valuable resources on the website in a more digestible manner. The new website design uses clear typography and bright, open spaces to help MindMosaic’s clients find the information they need as easily as possible. The objectives were threefold:
Design Hero has created a new website from scratch, building upon the solid content on the previous website to create a new counselling website which is easy to navigate.
It was important to convey Mindmosaics’ mission statement and ethos on the new website, so we createdΒ an about page with nicely defined sections to show the dedication that MindMosaic’s team show to supporting mental health in Inverclyde
The client also requested a way to easily manage and update their own staff profiles. Our web developers created a system on the dashboard where MindMosaic staff can add, remove and edit their own staff profiles which appear on the frontend of the website.
The new website design uses a slick dropdown megamenu to break down lots of information into an easy to navigate topbar.
As well as staff pages, MindMosaic can manage news articles and blog posts inhouse with an easy to use blog functionality.
The MindMosaic team can add and host events, which are displayed on the front end of the site. The team can easily manage these events inhouse, reducing the team’s reliance on Design Hero to manage their own website.
One of the most important parts of the new website was the resources page, where MindMosaic’s clients can access valuable support and information. These resources are easily accessible from the dropdown megamenu.
Each service offered by MindMosaic is given a stunning page on the new website design.
The website design uses an open full width layout with generous spacing to help the user digest lots of information in an easy way.
Our website developers have designed a discreet contact page with a sticky button to allow users to easily either contact MindMosaic, or pass a referral.
The new website built for MindMosaic also has an external portal to encourage users to donate to the charity via the website, with a sticky button in the header.
Nick and Design hero recently completed a new website for our small charity MindMosaic counselling and therapy. I would thoroughly recommend him. really patient and responsive to our needs gently prompting when needed to get the site launched in a timely fashion.
