The Brief
For the last 15 years Amanda and Alistair have been building Renfrew Motor Engineers into the most highly reviewed car mechanics in Renfrew. They had decided to refresh their shop frontage to provide a better experience for the customer. They quickly realized this was only half the story, as while some of their customers walked in the front door, they had forgotten to update their online “front door” to match!
They didn’t have a brand in place to convey their dedication to customer service and their website certainly didn’t reflect the superior quality of their car mechanics service. Alistair and Amanda approached Design Hero to design new car mechanic branding, and build a new website for the garage which would help them secure new business.
They have literally hundreds of positive reviews between Google and Good Garage Scheme. this was something that I wanted to convey with a new garage brand design, and throughout the new website for the garage.
The results are a professional motor mechanics brand that can be used across print, social and web. We also created a new website for the garage in Renfrew which reflects the quality of their business; a new “digital shop front” which welcomes new customers in the door!

Renfrew Motor Engineers are dedicated to high-quality customer service, but the same meticulous care wasn’t clear in their current brand. In fact they didn’t have much of a brand in place. They asked Design Hero to step in. As well as the new website we came up with a brand identity for the garage which would inject some personality into the motor mechanics brand and establish their businesses as the go-to mechanics in Renfrew for customer service.
