Cameron Mclarty contacted me on behalf of the Scottish Dental Association to design a new website for dentists in Scotland.

The project has been time critical as the group aim to respond immediately to recent action and announcements from the UK government’s stance on dentists with regards to COVID-19 and capitalize on a huge opportunity to reshape and evolve dental care in Scotland.
With this lofty goal in mind, I knew my work here would make a huge impact with a new website for dental care in Scotland.
The second objective of this project was gathering support for the SDA through an in-house Mailchimp campaign.

The launch of the Scottish Dental Association website is off to a flying start with thousands of visitors to the homepage and about pages within the first few days
I continue to track the site traffic and monitor the success of posts, and signups.
The SDA aims to unite the whole profession and present a collective front and the new website is to be a critical weapon in their arsenal
The new website is designed to raise awareness and gather support via Mailchimp integration, which the SDA will use to issue newsletters, inform their supporters and present critical issues to the public.
The website had to look professional and legitimate, and show that the SDA means business with a real following, real support and real grievances.
The purpose of the website was to gather support and raise awareness so the core of the website is built around a fully integrated Mailchimp form to collect subscribers and followers of the cause:
The landing page for the Scottish Dental Association website draws the user into the value they provide to the Scottish dental community, and highlights the key thrust of their cause, leading to a newsletter signup.
I created an organization website for the SDA to help the present their aims and objectives, and gather support for their important cause. The website presents the SDA in a professional light, and helps legitimise their cause
The core of the SDA launch is to gather as much support as they can for their cause. To help, I created a Mailchimp signup form to gather user subscriptions. The SDA will use the mailchimp marketing account to keep their followers involved and drive engagement and support which they can use to lobby Government.
The SDA has big plans to publish regular content updates. I designed blogging functionality into the association website to help organize and present fresh content
The SDA code of conduct and mission statements are presented tastefully on the page with sticky scrolling navigation to improve the user experience.

I designed an automated popup triggered by the user’s scrolling behaviour to encourage users to get involved and sign up to the Mailchimp mailing list
Top guy, very helpful and polite, great work with turnaround times when tight – helped us establish an online presence for a new dental advocacy and professional association (Scottish Dental Association) We’ve had really good feedback on the website, we are doing so well on social media and we are getting the SDA moving forwards – would happily recommend and use again.
